Our Bedrooms

Many of the original Victorian features have been retained throughout the Hotel, and the bedrooms are all of generous proportions. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the majority with both bath and shower. Each room has a colour television, radio, direct dial telephone, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. All rooms are spacious with high ceilings and Victorian features, which are complimented by contemporary decor and furniture. We are committed to providing a quality service to all of our customers.

The Burlington would like to advise all of our guests that we do have a late night bar on the ground floor of the venue. This is a very lively and popular venue on Friday and Saturday nights. We may have music in the bar until early hours of the morning, and private functions often take place on these nights which may be late and have either a DJ or live music.  If you are in need of an early night's sleep on a weekend night, please ask one of our staff for a room on a higher floor to ensure you will not be disturbed. If you have booked a room online and are concerned this may affect you, please contact one of our team and they will be happy to help.

All of our rooms have the benefits of TV, Wireless internet, clock, radio, tea and coffee facilities and telephone. Sea views are available in some of our rooms but not all - if you particularly require a sea view reception will need to be contacted directly so that availability can be checked.

Please note that featured Executive Suite 201 has a raised bed and therefore is not suitable for some of guests.

Below are details of what is included in each of our room types:

Single Room - Single bed, ensuite shower room and toilet.

Executive Single Room - Standard double bed in a slightly smaller room. In some of our executive singles there may not be access to the bed from both sides. All our executive singles have ensuite bathrooms. These will all include a shower but may not have a bath. If you would particularly like a bath in your room please call reception to check availability.

Double Room - Standard double bed in a good sized room, ensuite bathroom. These will all include a shower but may not have a bath. If you would particularly like a bath in your room please call reception to check availability.

Executive Double Room - King size bed in a generously sized room, ensuite bathroom. These will all include a shower but may not have a bath. If you would particularly like a bath in your room please call reception to check availability.

Twin Room - Two standard single beds in a reasonably large room and ensuite bathroom. These will all include a shower but may not have a bath. If you would particularly like a bath in your room please call reception to check availability.

Family Room - One Standard double bed and either one or two single beds. Our family rooms also have space for travel cots and The Burlington can provide these should they be needed. Children are counted as anyone under 12 and the family room rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing. If you would like to use our family room for all adults, extra charges may apply. All our family rooms have ensuite bathrooms, with a shower. Some may include a bath as well, if you would particularly like a bath please contact reception for availability.

Honeymoon / Executive Room - All of our executive rooms have a king size bed in a very large room. our executive suites also benefit from direct sea views, some of which are double aspect. These rooms also have ensuite bath and shower. Our executive rooms are beautifully decorated and ensure an unforgetable experience.

General Information

Please note that on booking a room, you will be allocated the most appropriate room for your needs. Upgrades are at the discretion of management. Special requests may be able to be met, but we cannot guarantee extras that are not necessarily included in our room rates but we will try our best to accommodate you.

All prices are per room, per night and inclusive of VAT. This includes breakfast. 

Cancellations

If the booking is not confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival it will be automatically cancelled by the hotel.

Cots/Additional Beds are available at £20 per night.

Seasonal offers available on request.
