We came along on the bank holiday monday to test the new menu as we had been told on a previous occasion the unofficial launch date. What can we say it was delicious! We will definitely be back again to sample more of those italian treats!

I just wanted to let you know we had a lovely stay with you last month. The hotel room was clean & spacious & the staff were faultless. The only reccommendation I could make would be the windows but your staff were understanding & informed us of the repairs due. Because of this we will be back in the summer to have a look.

Thank you for New Yeas eve. I attended the meal & masked ball. I just thought I’d say thank you to all the fantastic staff, who are a credit to the Burlington! The food was 1st class too. Happy 2008, I’ll be back!

I just wanted to say, on behalf of all of us, a very big thank you for making our department Christmas lunch on 17th December such a lovely time.
Everyone gave such positive feedback and we really loved the decoration, the fact we were in a private room and the food, not to mention the service.
We are spreading the word and will definitely be coming back again some time during the year.

Dear Sarah,
We should like to take this opportunity to thank your team for organising such a super meal to celebrate bill’s 70th Birthday.
The room was superb and beautifully arranged and accompanied by an excellent lunch.
We have nothing but praise for Xavier who, together with all the staff with whom we came into contact, was most helpful.
The two waitresses specially allocated to our party were very efficient, polite and attentive at all times and it was a nice touch for your chef to come in and see that we had all enjoyed our meal.
Every one of our guests was impressed so hopefully they will recommend you to their friends.

Thank you so very much to all the staff at your hotel. Everyone made us & all our guests feel so welcome & made sure our day was special. The set up of the room looked amazing & the food was fantastic. The day ran smoothly with any hiccups. The music was great too.
Emma & I felt like royalty for the day because of the way you treated us. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a reception or party.

Just a few words to express my sincere thanks for your excellent service you provided on Saturday together with your very hard working staff for my daughters Ann’s Wedding Reception.
The day passed without anything going wrong – even the weather was nice – and I only heard good comments regarding The Burlington.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone who was looking for a suitable venue for a similar occasion.
